If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 30 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Subsequent billing periods
After the initial 30-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the subject line 'Refund request'. We process refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if we have evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeated refund requests across multiple accounts).
